New Nothum Facility Delivers Greater Value to Food Processors

Unified headquarters increases production capacity, streamlines services and enhances growth

Nothum Food Processing Systems, a recognized leader in predust, batter, breading and frying equipment known for high-quality products and customer service, has expanded its facility to a 92,000-sq.-ft. headquarters. This expansion consolidates all U.S. operations under one roof for increased capacity and efficiency. Approximately 100 Nothum employees will staff this facility, representing manufacturing, inventory, logistics, sales, customer support, finance, human resources, marketing, engineering, development, programming and more.

Through Nothum’s focus on continuous improvement, customers will receive all-encompassing packages from a single location. Nothum customers can test equipment, see their machines in production and perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) in one place before shipment to their factory. At the same time, this new facility enables Nothum to remain in Springfield, Mo., Nothum’s birthplace and its home for more than half a century.
