JBS Named Best Food and Beverage Company for the Fourth Consecutive Year. Company Stands Out in the Institutional Investor Ranking, Earning Awards for Best CEO, CFO, IR Professional, and IR Team in Latin America

The Best CEO award went to Gilberto Tomazoni, while Guilherme Cavalcanti was recognized as Best CFO, both honored for the fourth consecutive time. The company also saw Christiane Assis named Best IR Professional

For the fourth consecutive year, JBS has led the main categories of the Institutional Investor awards, one of the most respected publications in the global financial market. In 2025, the magazine named the company’s executives as the Best CEO and Best CFO in the food and beverage sector in Latin America, in addition to recognizing JBS with awards for Best Investor Relations Team, Best IR Program, and Best IR Professional.

In the overall food and beverage category, JBS once again secured the top position. The company was also named Most Honored, a distinction that spans all sectors covered by the magazine, in a survey that gathered insights from more than 1,000 professionals from global financial institutions.

The Best CEO award went to Gilberto Tomazoni, while Guilherme Cavalcanti was recognized as Best CFO, both honored for the fourth consecutive time. The company also saw Christiane Assis named Best IR Professional. Continuing its tradition, JBS earned the Best IR Program award for the fourth year in a row and, for the fifth time, received recognition as the best investor relations team in the Latin American food and beverage sector.

“It is a tremendous honor, as a representative of JBS’s 280,000 team members around the globe, to receive for the fourth consecutive year the highest distinction from Institutional Investor. I share this recognition with each of them,” said Gilberto Tomazoni, Global CEO of JBS. He highlighted that the result comes after a strategic moment for the company, marked by the start of trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in June of this year. “This award reinforces JBS’s commitment to excellence in governance and value creation for our investors,” he added.

For Guilherme Cavalcanti, JBS’s Global CFO, the result underscores the consistency of the company’s engagement with the capital markets. “It is an important acknowledgment of the success of JBS’s strategy to deliver both value and growth to its investors,” he concluded.
