Andina Pack enters a new stage with the launch of its renewed identity as Andina Pack | Anuga FoodTec Colombia, a brand evolution that gives greater international visibility to one of Latin America’s most established trade fair platforms for processing, packaging and related industries.

The new identity gives stronger shape to a fair that has grown steadily in scope, audience and international profile. It builds on the recognition Andina Pack has developed over more than three decades in the region and places that trajectory within a clearer global framework through its connection with Anuga FoodTec.

A stronger brand with a wider international frame
The new branding brings sharper structure to the way the fair is presented to the market. It keeps the strength and recognition of Andina Pack in Colombia, the Andean Region, Central America and the Caribbean, while making its connection to the Anuga FoodTec brand family more visible.

For exhibitors, buyers, associations and international media, this change matters. It positions the fair more clearly within the global FoodTec landscape and makes its value proposition more accessible to audiences outside the region.

“This evolution is a very positive sign. Andina Pack has earned a strong place in Latin America over many years, and its new stage as Andina Pack | Anuga FoodTec Colombia reflects both that trajectory and its growing connection to the global Anuga FoodTec network. We are genuinely glad to see a family fair in the region move forward with this level of maturity, clarity and international projection,” said Fabian Ströter, Global Brand Manager FoodTec at Koelnmesse GmbH.

Colombia as a gateway to the Latin American market
This new chapter also strengthens the way the fair can position Colombia internationally.

For companies looking at the region, Colombia offers a strategic point of entry into Latin America, with access to diverse industries, growing demand for technology and a business environment that connects local production with wider regional opportunities. In that context, Andina Pack | Anuga FoodTec Colombia becomes more than a national event. It becomes a platform through which international companies can approach the Latin American market with greater focus and better business context.

The new identity helps communicate that role more clearly. It places Colombia as a hub where industrial needs, market opportunities and global expertise can meet in a single business environment.

“Andina Pack | Anuga FoodTec Colombia reflects much better what this fair means for the market today. It gives us a clearer way to present the event internationally and to show why Colombia has become such a relevant meeting point for companies that want to connect with Latin America through industry, innovation and business,” said Hasan Yıldız, Project Manager of Andina Pack | Anuga FoodTec Colombia at Koelnmesse SAS.

From regional recognition to international leverage
This new stage is supported by solid recent results.

In its most recent edition, Andina Pack welcomed around 21,000 professional visitors, hosted more than 600 exhibitors and reached 50% international participation. The fair also brought together exhibitors from 24 countries, reflecting a business environment with strong regional and international reach.

The international business component was equally strong. ProColombia led a matchmaking programme that involved 60 international buyers from 13 countries and 229 Colombian exporters, resulting in 643 business meetings and commercial expectations above USD 7 million.

The content agenda added further depth. The latest edition featured more than 80 national and international speakers, along with masterclasses, technical talks and experiential spaces focused on innovation, sustainability, artificial intelligence, ingredients, pharma, foodtech, printing and packaging.
These results give the new brand chapter a strong foundation and make the co-branding especially meaningful for international audiences evaluating the fair as a regional business platform.

A clearer story for industries that increasingly overlap

The new identity also helps explain the fair more accurately.

Andina Pack has long been associated with packaging, but the event’s actual scope has grown much wider. Its most recent edition brought together solutions for food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, packaging, printing, intralogistics and labelling, as well as conversations around automation, production efficiency, sustainability and industrial transformation.

This broader ecosystem is now easier to communicate. The new brand structure gives the fair a clearer language for industries that are increasingly connected through technology, supply chains, innovation and changing consumer demands.

Looking ahead to 2027
The next edition of Andina Pack | Anuga FoodTec Colombia will take place in Bogotá, Colombia, from 9 to 12 November 2027. It will be supported by a renewed visual identity, updated communication assets, and a positioning strategy designed to reinforce its international reach and attract new business opportunities, partnerships, and audiences.

With this move, the fair strengthens a brand with deep roots in Latin America while opening a more visible international path for the years ahead.
