Over 2000 machines of FrieslandCampina, Gütersloh auctioned online at Industrial Auctions

FrieslandCampina announced a comprehensive reorientation on the German market at the end of last year. Central to this strategic reorientation are investments in the main brands, such as Landliebe, Tuffi and Frico, bundling all commercial activities in the vicinity of Düsseldorf and other measures to increase profitability. The measures include at least the closure of the production site in Gütersloh, Germany.

The closure of the location in Gütersloh is a result of overcapacity in the extremely fragmented German market and years of loss-making production of desserts for private labels that make up the largest part of the volume produced in Gütersloh. This category is discontinued, while other product lines are transferred to the production sites in Cologne, Heilbronn and Maasdam in the Netherlands.

Industrial Auctions announces with pride that they will be auctioning the machines and inventory on behalf of FrieslandCampina in Gütersloh. A small selection from the range are, for example, pasteurizers, homogenizers, complete filling and packaging lines for desserts, heat exchangers, fruit pumps, silo installations, pallet wrappers and palletizers.

Would you like to pay a visit to take a look in the factory and see the machines with your own eyes? Sign up for the viewing days on 11 and 12 March by sending an email to: info@industrial-auctions.com. The online auctions will close at www.Industrial-Auctions.com on March 13th and 14th.
