Now, it’s target market is expanded and it is able to skin chicken, turkey, duck, pheasant or fish. What is more, more parts or fish species can be processed by the same model, hence the name, multipart skinner. As usual, the membrane is undamaged, the yield is high and the concept of the ST700-series is innovated so it is easy to dismount without any tools for easier and faster cleaning.
