reisacher – Thermoforming Packaging Machine VSE 30
The proven VSE 30 thermoforming packaging machine is characterized by a consistent hygienic design as well as operator and service friendliness. Thanks to its modular machine design, the VSE 30 is available for flexible, rigid and skin film up to a maximum film width of 620 mm and a draw-off length of up to 600 mm. A VSE 30 thermoforming packaging machine will be presented at the trade fair, which produces flexible film packs made of polypropylene (PP). The perfect recyclable single-material solution from our system partner ETIMEX makes it possible to package your products sustainably without compromising on quality and cost-effectiveness.
reisacher – Product control and end-of-line equipment
Thanks to our cooperation with the companies PULSOTONIC and AICON X-Ray, we can support our customers with advanced, integrated line solutions. At Anuga Foodtec, GPS Reisacher will be presenting a belt strip singulator and an X-ray inspection system.
reisacher – Portioning machines for the food industry
Our portioning machines offer precise solutions for the presentation of your products, whether as segments, cubes, bars, pieces or grated. From our comprehensive portfolio, we will be presenting a BMR 950 cheese cleaning machine at Anuga Foodtec. The BMR 950 has been specially developed for cleaning round cheese wheels with a diameter of approx. 280 – 950 mm. We will also be presenting our tried and tested KMS 450 cheese dividing machine, which is the ideal solution for dividing hard and soft cheeses into segments or rectangular pieces. We will also be presenting the GES 1000 cheese cutting machine, which has been developed for the fully automatic cutting of blocks and loaves into bars and segments.

Under the motto “Best in Service!”, the specialist from the Allgäu region has been offering its customers a wide range of solutions for service, repair, spare parts and retrofitting for over 25 years. Several employees in design and development as well as in-house mechanical production enable high-quality solutions in mold and tool making, combined with short delivery times.
