These are boning and butchering knives made of molybdenum steel with added nitrate, which ensures greater edge retention and a longer blade life. The polished blades provide optimal protection against corrosion. The CNC-controlled sharpening guarantees optimal sharpness, so the knife is ready for immediate use.

The handles are made of a special plastic that guarantees a non-slip grip and prevents injuries. The ergonomic handle shape ensures safe and fatigue-free work. It also enables precise cutting, which contributes to greater efficiency. The basic colors of the knives are blue and yellow, but all color variations are possible.
