Revolutionary technology: automatic casing change and precise portioning
A highlight of the AKS 65M is the automatic casing change using revolver technology with three connecting tubes in less than two seconds. In combination with the REX vacuum filler, the product is continuously filled into the casing while the voider system defines the exact twist-off point. Output can reach over 2,500 portions per minute for artificial and collagen casings and up to 1,000 portions per minute for natural casings, depending on length and calibre.
Perfection with calibration belts
Flexible calibration belts ensure consistent portion length. The combination of the AKS 65M with the RHS 330 hanging system provides an optimal solution for industrial sausage production, guaranteeing maximum efficiency with maximum precision.
