NovaProm and JBS Natural Casings present product portfolio at IFFA 2019
JBS Novos Negócios companies are exhibiting at the world’s largest meat processing fair for the second time
NovaProm and Natural Casings, two companies belonging to JBS Novos Negócios, will be exhibiting at IFFA 2019, a global food fair being held in Frankfurt, Germany in May.The companies will be sharing a 22m2stand where they will be showcasing their portfolios, with ingredients for applications in meat products and natural casings, respectively, which are growing quickly on the B2B market.
“The IFFA is the global meeting point for the meat processing industry and apart from assessing opportunities and market trends, we will also be there to strengthen relationships with our customers”, said Walter Lene, NovaProm director. The executive also explained that the business has shown strong growth in recent years as a result of its wide range of ingredients and entry into new global markets.
NovaProm is the biggest collagen and ingredients supplier to the global food industry. During the event, the company will be organizing tastings for snacks seasoned with Novataste, a product that standardizes flavor and offers a range of other benefits. The company will also we highlighting its Novapro Animal Proteins, Novapro Functional Systems and Novapro Hydro ranges.
Alexandre Lago, Export manager for JBS Natural Casings: – the world’s largest producer of natural beef casings – noted that “the IFFA is clearly one of the biggest opportunities to meet with our main natural casings customers. It is a very important opportunity to bolster our current partnerships and develop new markets and potential customers”.
The IFFA takes place from May 4 to 9 and expects to welcome more than a thousand exhibitors from 49 countries and receive over 60 thousand visitors. NovaProm and JBS Natural Casings can be found on corridor 12.1, stand E.74.
