Furthermore, the HSH 18 eliminates packaging ruptures by 100%. The HSH 18 is suitable for sausages up to 18 kg and 1,200 mm in length and can be change to easily into existing smoke trolleys, eliminating the need for new purchases. One operator can supervise multiple lines simultaneously, reducing labour costs and minimising downtime.
