A new meat processing plant is scheduled to be launched in Sverdlovsk District in summer 2015. 80% of the project has already been implemented as part of the Hungarian – Russian cooperation led by the Russian president.
The Director of Information Policy Department of the Governor of Sverdlovsk region has announced that a new meat processing industrial plant based on Bogdanovich meat processing factory is planned to start work in summer 2015. It is reported that 80 % of the construction of the enterprise has been completed so far. The complete modernization of the production plant started last spring.
The industrial unit will be able to produce up to 20 tons of sausages per shift due to the new Hungarian and German equipment. The production will be fully – automated and it is expected to provide 100 workplaces. According to the regional government, the volume of the output, quality improvement and cost reduction will be achieved thanks to modernization. As it has been explained by the press service, the Hungarian side has also developed the project of upgrading the business enterprise. The example of this production has been given by the Russian President Vladimir Putin at a briefing after his talks with Viktor Orban, the Hungarian Prime Minister.
“With the assistance of the Hungarian partners, a number of socially significant projects in the health and the agro-industrial sectors have already been implemented in a number of Russian regions. The construction of a meat processing plant and a pig farm for 18 thousand heads is carried in Sverdlovsk District”, said Mr Putin.
According to “Spark”, Bogdanovich meat processing factory revenues in 2013 amounted 223 million rubles.
