With the F100R, F160R, F190R, and F200R, FREY introduces a vacuum filler series tailored for medium-sized businesses, industrial sausage production, and as a feeder filler for attachment devices used in the production of convenience products. The feed system operates with 14 filling chambers and builds up a filling pressure of up to 55 bar. The plug-in Peek-Cam system introduces a new material pairing, concentrating wear on a single component of the feed system, ensuring extended durability. The feed system delivers maximum portioning accuracy, and its optimized chamber geometry ensures efficient product intake. The rotors are made of stainless steel with plasma coating, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and minimal wear.
With the new digital vacuum system, users can individually store vacuum settings within the filling program. An optional electronic shut-off valve is available for automatic cleaning of the vacuum pump.
The vacuum fillers are now available in HD Design. Seals are now produced in hygiene color blue with a dead-space-free construction. Additionally, upstream backup seals have been integrated, which users can replace themselves. The scrapers in the filling hopper are made of detectable material and are designed to prevent loss. All surfaces have been optimized to meet the latest hygiene requirements. The result of this meticulous engineering is a modern and smooth-surfaced design. Optional split hoppers are available.
The F190R and F200R are equipped with a mounted hydraulic lift for 200-liter standard loading trolleys. The twisting gearbox is removable, simplifying the connection to automatic clipping machines.
The servo drive with position controller is particularly energy-efficient. The FREY servo drive from the “Dynamic-Line” stands out with high torque and rapid response. By precisely programming drive parameters, the filling process is optimized dynamically. Even at high operating speeds, sausages can be twisted with minimal casing stress. This drive system is distinguished by smooth operation and low noise levels. The unit is maintenance-free, producing minimal heat. Thanks to the temperature-regulated ventilation system, the filler operates extremely quietly.
The filling performance of the F100R/F160R/F190R reaches up to 3,600 kg/h, while the F200R achieves up to 4,200 kg/h. The portioning speed reaches a maximum of 600 portions per minute.

The filling machines equipped with FTC1000 feature two powerful dual-core CPUs: HMI (Human Machine Interface) and MC (Machine Control).
While the MC organizes increasingly faster and more complex process sequences in the filling machine and attachments, the HMI manages not only the input and output of parameters via the touch display but also recipes, data backup, various protocols, and process data, which it communicates externally via interfaces such as OPC-UA.
In terms of Industry 4.0, this is the most powerful solution for handling large data streams.
The HMI CPU features a high-resolution 12” Brilliant Display with LED backlight, resistive touch, and sharp graphics, offering strong visual recognition. The continuous front panel made of polyester is equipped with a replaceable protective film, ensuring the highest protection rating: IP69K.
The MC CPU is securely housed within the control cabinet, delivering outstanding performance in process control and automation with its fanless cooling and wear-free solid-state drive.
Automatic data backup, supported by the integrated real-time clock and zero-voltage RAM storage, ensures reliable process data security.
The optionally integrated RFID technology allows authorization of operators and service personnel via RFID chip, granting individual access to parameter levels for each user.
Perfect ergonomics thanks to the robustly designed foldable terminal. Optimal operability during production, optimally protected during cleaning thanks to the IP69K standard and hygienic design.
