With the new ECO AIRCLEAN F, VETEC Anlagenbau has further developed the technology so that all odors and flue gases produced during the thermal processing of meat and sausage, fish, cheese and pet food can be treated efficiently and cost-effectively in multiple stages.
The pollutants are transferred into an aqueous solution by a sprinkler system, which is absorbed by wood chips like a sponge and broken down by bacteria. ECO AIRCLEAN F is a highly reliable system, even at outside temperatures of up to 50°C. It impresses with minimal maintenance effort and low running costs compared to technical alternatives. Thanks to the long lifetime of the wood chips, there are no wearing parts over a period of up to ten years, there is virtually no wastewater, cleaning chemicals are completely dispensed with and upstream and downstream systems such as air washers or activated carbon are not required. This is precisely what makes the modular, space-saving ECO AIRCLEAN F the most CO2-friendly process on the market.
VETEC Anlagenbau offers the biofilters in various sizes and different designs, made of concrete or stainless steel, as a closed version or as a complete package including piping, control via a frequency-controlled driver fan and cleaning of the collection system.
