The well-known film manufacturer BUERGO.FOL GmbH with headquarter in Siegenburg/Niederbayern (district in Bavaria) for flexible and rigid films, has commissioned a 4th extrusion plant for the production of rigid films based on amorphous polyesters (APET) with a technical delay of 5 months at the Ingolstadt factory. The 15,000 tons extrusion plant increases the total capacity of this product rail to approximately 40,000 tons. This makes BUERGO.FOL one of the largest/biggest manufacturers in Europe in this market segment. This system is also configured for the production of very thin rigid film from 90 my and completes the extensive product portfolio of BUERGO.FOL.
